March 30th, 2010.- After two years of work, forMusicians.net born as a free service that aims to be a reference for musicians around the world. Through “Search Musicians”, an online search of musicians, forMusicians.net users can search by criteria such as instrument, musical style, location, gender, influences or profile (Professional, Amateur).

This service is aimed at all those professional musicians, amateur or anyone who needs to contact a musician either to join a band, perform at a concert, recorded in a studio, etc.

forMusicians.net also offers Internet pioneers sections, as its search service called "Musicians Map". Through the mapping of Google Maps, “Musicians Map” provides a precise location of each musician on five continents and allows for a greater visual knowledge on the activities performed by the musicians in each country.

If you haven’t had success with previous search, forMusicians.net offers users a section called "Classifieds" for both demand and supply of musicians and for the purchase and sale of musical instruments, which also incorporates multiple search criteria.

With these and other new services that will be added to the website, forMusicians.net intended to be the main Online Musicians Community for musicians around the world. Currently, Solomusicos.com, the spanish version of forMusicians.net in Spain and Latin America already has more than 14,000 registered musicians.
